Manufacturing and logistics
Our products are manufactured at our partner factory in Dongguan (Guangdong Province, China). This factory has specialised in inflatable structures for over 15 years.
Quality control: Every product is inspected and tested before dispatch. The founder personally oversees production.
Delivery: By sea (3–4 weeks) or by air (1–2 weeks, additional charge). We handle all customs formalities and arrange delivery to your door.
Frequently Asked Questions — Ordering & Delivery
For standard products (white or black, without customisation): 2 weeks. For customized products (colors, logo printing): 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery times are as follows: approximately 1 week for Europe, 2 weeks for the rest of the world.
We do not offer rental services directly, but we work with a network of partner rental companies in several countries. Please contact us, specifying your requirements and location, and we will direct you to the nearest rental company.
Yes. Our partner factory is located in Dongguan, China, about an hour and a half from Shenzhen. If you’re in the area, we’d be delighted to welcome you for a tour. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.
We accept bank transfers (SEPA for Europe, SWIFT for international payments). For large orders, we offer payment in two instalments: 50% upon ordering, 50% before dispatch. Please contact us to discuss the details.
